Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at AURIFYX. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer delivery across all emirates in the UAE. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (UAE): 3 to 5 Business Days.
  • Shipping Cost: Free Shipping (or as displayed at checkout).

Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on the location and carrier.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

AURIFYX is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Issues

AURIFYX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged or broken, please contact us immediately at support@aurifyx.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number along with clear photos or a video of the damaged item, and our team will assist you with a replacement or solution.
